IELTS stands for “International English Language Testing System” which measures the language proficiency of people who want to study or work in foreign countries where English is used as the native language. Marks are offered out of 9.0 based on your language proficiency for 4 skills ; Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing.
Academic - For all types of study purposes (Student Visas) General – For migrations OR employments Speaking & Listening modules are same for both Academic and General but Reading & Writing modules are totally different
Speaking : 12 – 15 minutes (individual) Listening : 30 minutes (40 questions) Reading : 1 hour (40 questions) Writing : 1 hour (2 tasks / 400 words)

Your official Test Report (TRF) will be sent to your postal address. Paper-based IELTS: TRF will be posted 13 calendar days after your test date. Computer-delivered IELTS test: TRF will be posted 5-7 days after your test date.
